A new and improved of Arredocad Designer has been just released! New features has been added in the software, that will make your designing process faster and easier than ever. We can safely say that the whole experince with Arredocad has been improved.

​Object And Material Management

• Object auto-inserting (new command in Generic Macro) to insert automatically objects into kitchen scenes (Kitchen Model) with the possibility to choose the objects that you want to decorate (for ex. all objects, or only base units, worktops, wall units, shelves, hobs or sinks)
• Material archive reorganizing with grouping textures according to categories, creating customized material folders and moving textures from a folder to another using the speed drag & drop function

• Grouping kitchen, living room and bathroom cabinet doors according to the style you select from the Drop-down menu (in Model>Model finishing table)
• Reorganizing folders containing worktops, upstands and backsplashes grouped according to profile or size with all finishes available at the moment of inserting
• Layer optimizing: new function “Freeze” for deactivating objects assigned to a layer while keeping visualizing them with grey lines (instead of with black lines) in the scene
• Optimizing option Join/Explode selected elements and User Archive. After joining different objects into a whole unit, you can explode it back to the three original individual objects

Element and 3d project importing

• New importing function of ArredoCAD: you can import 3D plans with fixtures and constraints visualizing measures obtained using a laser measuring device Leica Disto and InnoDraw/Elcad Software (to be purchased separately)
• Updated additional plug-in for importing 3D files and selecting the components to be imported

Automatic processes and configurers

• New automatic function for cutting windows mounted in flat roof (in Generic Macro > Macro for Doors and Windows > Cut flat roof for selected windows)
• New automatic process for window opening on flat and sloping roof (in Element Macro > Window Opening) and new option for cutting windows in sloping roof
• Calculation of oddly shaped elements: new option to choose between two different cutting methods

• New configurers to insert parametric staircases, corner staircases, 3 flight staircases, elliptical and spiral staircases (in Common Accessories > Architectural Elements > Stairs)
• New configurer to insert elements in modular iron bookcases with shelves (in Modern living rooms > Bookcases)
• New configurer to insert Railing into balconies (in Architectural elements)
• Updated configurer for modern and traditional Living rooms with new organization and added dimensions (2 new widths, 4 new heights and 2 new depths)
• RealTime Player: new option Exclude walls from collisions to be able to pass through walls
